The Gardening Guy is a small local business run by Louis. Any information shared when you request a quote or book a visit is only used to arrange and provide that service.

What is collected

Typically just your name, contact number or WhatsApp, postcode or address, and a short description of what your garden needs.

How it's used

To reply to your message, arrange a garden visit, and provide the service you asked about. Nothing is shared with third parties or used for marketing.

How it's stored

Messages stay in the app they were sent from (WhatsApp, SMS, phone) and any bookings are kept in a simple diary. Records are only retained for as long as needed to run the service.

Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies required for the site to work. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for the information Louis holds about you to be shared with you or deleted. Simply message on WhatsApp or call.
